Demonstrate an understanding of statistical process control

Learners accredited with this Unit Standard will understand and be able to use the various statistical concepts to conduct/perform statistical process control. They will also learn about sampling techniques to gather data for the purpose of compiling and interpreting charts.
Learners credited with this standard will be able to:
 Explain statistical concepts pertaining to statistical process control.
 Explain the importance and use of sampling of product characteristics to construct control charts.
 Construct and interpret charts.
