On Friday, 30 May 2025, Chrisnelsa (Pty) Ltd proudly participated in the Youth Stakeholder Engagement Event hosted by the Automotive Industry Development Centre (AIDC)—a dynamic gathering aimed at inspiring and equipping the next generation of automotive and engineering professionals.

The event brought together key industry players, technical institutions, and eager young minds, creating a powerful platform for collaboration, learning, and opportunity-sharing. As an accredited EV and HEV training centre and a Quality Management solutions provider, Chrisnelsa embraced the opportunity to take a leadership role in shaping the conversation around future skills and mobility.

Our interactive exhibition booth became a hub of engagement, where learners explored hands-on demos, took part in quick quizzes, and interacted with our team of trainers, young professionals, and technical experts. We showcased our cutting-edge training programmes focused on Electric and Hybrid Vehicle technologies, with highlights including battery diagnostics, high-voltage safety, and smart vehicle systems.

Visitors were particularly drawn to our clear career pathway visuals and real-life success stories that demonstrated how Chrisnelsa transforms talent into industry-ready professionals. We also shared information on learnerships, internships, graduate placements, and short courses, supported by brochures embedded with QR codes for easy access and applications.

Our team stayed on-site until the close of the event at 16:00, ensuring every young attendee had the chance to interact, ask questions, and discover career possibilities in the evolving automotive sector.
